Pilates classes are a great way to strengthen postural muscles, improve posture, and increase wellbeing. My classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, are informal and full of fun!
Mixed ability classes
Classes run weekly in blocks of four (some drop in places may be available). All places must be booked in advance and new starters are encouraged to have an introductory 1 to 1 lesson with me.
Stretch and release is a virtual class run at 10am on Tuesdays via Zoom. It's an interactive class of gentle movement, stretching and self care massage using spiky massage balls and therabands. Perfect for easing aches and pains and setting you up for the rest of the week!

I have been a massage therapist since 2006 and qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2017. The human body and the reasons why we can end up in pain fascinate me. Trauma, illness, postural patterns, stress and anxiety can all result in acute and chronic pain.
