I have known Alice for about 13 years and am addicted to those healing hands and hot stones!! When I first went to her I needed ‘putting back together’ which she duly did even learning a technique to help with a malfunctioning I have of my lymphatic system. I could see someone nearer where I live but choose to drive the hour to see Alice, I consider her a friend as well as a wonderful practitioner and if she wasn’t so far away I would attend her pilates classes too. Thank you Alice.

Alice is an amazing massage therapist. Suffering from RSI and neck pain, I found her in 2010 and have been treated by her regularly ever since. She offers something beyond a standard treatment and has an innate and truly incredible ability to heal. I would recommend Alice without hesitation. Her holistic approach and sensitivity makes her absolutely the best massage therapist in town for anyone suffering from pain or stress.


Alice is a very patient teacher of Pilates. She adapts the moves if there are injuries or discomfort and gives variations or advanced levels for those who are more flexible. You are never made to feel inadequate as Alice is so supportive and gives praise when it is justified not just for the sake of it. Alice makes sure everyone is in the correct position before different moves are begun and walks round checking everyone is ok. I strongly recommend Pilates with Alice for anyone who has mobility or muscular problems as you feel so good afterwards!


I have been attending Alice’s Wednesday Pilates class for around 2 years and feel that I have really benefited from it. The class is really friendly and Alice is an excellent teacher who always make sure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly. Each class is different and I leave each week feeling more flexible and with a sense of well being knowing that I am doing exercises to help build muscle strength!


I have attended Alice's pilate classes for over 4 years now. The classes are very relaxed and friendly. Different options are given for each exercise and Alice explains the benefits of each exercise. I love that the classes aren't carried out in a gym with lots of people but a more relaxed environment with people enjoying the class rather than comparing gym outfits. If you have an problems Alice can modify the exercises to help you.
