I’ve been training with Alice for several years now, through one-to-one matwork and reformer sessions, as well as regular group classes. The common theme throughout is that Alice genuinely cares about your progression and her quiet enthusiasm is infectious. From the very beginning, Alice has created a welcoming, friendly, and laid-back atmosphere that makes every one feel comfortable and I really look forward to every session. Even in group classes, it always feels like the sessions are tailored just for me — her attention to detail and ability to adapt exercises to each individual is fantastic. The one-to-one reformer work has been a game changer. I feel so much stronger, my posture has improved, and it has truly transformed my running and walking as well as my pelvic floor! Every day movement feels more efficient and pain-free, and after years of seeing a chiropractor monthly, my visits have now reduced to bi-annual. I credit this to Alice’s expertise and the power of Pilates. After attending many classes with many different instructors, I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I joined Alice's pilates class just under a year ago. I have lower back problems and was advised to take a pilates class to help with this. On attending I was conscious that I didn't want to push myself, and Alice was very helpful and able to advice me how best to do each exercise. Several months in and I am now able to do the exercises with confidence. I really enjoy each class, they are so varied and no class is ever the same. Alice always does a one to one assessment before joining her Pilates class which I find very professional. Alice is very patient and helpful to all in her class and continually walks around ensuring everyone is undertaking the exercises correctly. Her classes have definitely helped me stay fit and active.

Alice is a very patient teacher of Pilates. She adapts the moves if there are injuries or discomfort and gives variations or advanced levels for those who are more flexible. You are never made to feel inadequate as Alice is so supportive and gives praise when it is justified not just for the sake of it. Alice makes sure everyone is in the correct position before different moves are begun and walks round checking everyone is ok. I strongly recommend Pilates with Alice for anyone who has mobility or muscular problems as you feel so good afterwards!

The class is really friendly and Alice is an excellent teacher who always make sure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly. I have attended Alice's pilate classes for over 4 years now. The classes are very relaxed and friendly. Different options are given for each exercise and Alice explains the benefits of each exercise. I love that the classes aren't carried out in a gym with lots of people but a more relaxed environment with people enjoying the class rather than comparing gym outfits. If you have an problems Alice can modify the exercises to help you.
