One-to-one reformer lessons
One to one lessons are great for rehabilitation from illness or injury. They can be used to increase mobility, fitness and strength and to help achieve personal goals. Sessions are tailored completely for you.
Lessons take place in my studio in Shrub End, Colchester.

I have been a massage therapist since 2006 and qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2017. Focusing purely on Pilates now, I run mixed ability mat classes in venues around Colchester. I also teach 1 to 1 lessons in my home studio in Shrub End, Colchester, using the Pilates reformer, split pedal chair and half cadillac tower.
