One-to-one large equipment lessons
Personalised Pilates on the Reformer, Wunda chair and half Cadillac tower
1 to 1 lessons offer you the time, space, and individual attention to progress at your own pace. Using the large Pilates equipment — Reformer, half Cadillac tower and Split Pedal Chair — lessons will be tailored for your body and your goals. Whether you’re recovering from injury, building strength, improving mobility, or simply wanting to explore Pilates more deeply, these sessions blend precision, control, and mindful movement to help you feel comfortable, confident, and at ease in your body.
Reformer – The Pilates Reformer is a versatile piece of equipment made up of a smooth, sliding carriage connected to springs for adjustable resistance. Its unique design allows you to perform a huge variety of exercises — lying down, sitting, kneeling, or standing — so you can work your whole body in a balanced way. Because the springs can be adjusted to offer either more challenge or more support, the Reformer is suitable for everyone: from complete beginners to athletes, and from gentle rehabilitation to advanced training. It helps build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture while encouraging smooth, controlled movement.
Split Pedal Chair – The Split Pedal Chair — sometimes called the Wunda Chair — is a compact but incredibly effective piece of Pilates equipment. It features a padded seat and two spring-loaded pedals that can move together or separately, allowing for a wide variety of exercises that challenge strength, stability, and coordination.
Its design makes it perfect for working in upright, seated, or standing positions, which means you can strengthen muscles in ways that directly benefit your everyday movement. The split pedals add an extra coordination challenge, engaging your core, improving balance, and targeting muscles you might not reach in traditional mat exercises. From gentle, supported movements to dynamic, full-body strength work, the Split Pedal Chair offers a surprisingly powerful workout in a small space — helping you feel stronger, more stable, and more in control of your movement.
Half Cadillac Tower - The Half Cadillac Tower is a sturdy vertical frame, equipped with springs, bars, and straps that can be adjusted to support or challenge your movement. It’s designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve posture while giving you a secure, stable base to work from. Because the springs can assist your movement or add resistance, the Tower is equally suited to gentle rehabilitation and more advanced training. It’s especially useful for improving spinal mobility, shoulder stability, and core control, and can be adapted for all levels of ability.
